This Cancellation Policy applies to all tours and experiences booked with Bordeaux Lifestyle Tours.
By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.estyle Tours, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Customer Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested in writing by email : hello@bordeauxlifestyletours.com

✅ Free Cancellation Window

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time.

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

❌ Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

This is due to advance commitments made with our partner venues and suppliers.

No-Show & Late Arrival

Tours start at the scheduled time.

  • Participants who do not attend the tour (no-show) are not entitled to a refund.
  • Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
  • Missed tours due to delay are non-refundable.

Changes Requested by the Customer

Requests to change date or time are treated as cancellations and rebookings.

Changes made more than 48 hours before the tour may be accepted subject to availability.

Changes requested within 48 hours are not guaranteed and may be refused.

Cancellation by Bordeaux Lifestyle Tours

We may cancel a tour due to:

  • insufficient number of participants
  • partner venue unavailability
  • guide illness or emergency
  • safety concerns
  • severe weather
  • force majeure events

In such cases, participants will be offered:

  • a rescheduled date, or
  • a full refund.

No additional compensation is due beyond the amount paid.

Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify:

  • stops
  • venues
  • tastings
  • products served
  • route details

due to operational needs, availability, or weather.

Such reasonable modifications do not qualify for refunds when the overall experience remains substantially similar.

Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation are due when cancellation or disruption is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters
  • government restrictions
  • strikes
  • transportation disruption
  • public safety events

We will, when possible, offer rescheduling options.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank and may take several business days.
