Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable.

If Bordeaux Lifestyle Tours cancels a tour due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or force majeure, participants will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled date.
Tour itineraries and tasting locations may change due to partner availability or weather conditions. Such adjustments do not qualify for refunds when the overall experience remains substantially similar.
